Refund Policy

Estuary Bridging the Divide, operating ComplianceCheq, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of your initial order date, no questions asked.

All payments for ComplianceCheq are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Refunds are also processed by Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Email support@compliancecheq.com with your order reference and we will assist you.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals but, after the 30-day window, does not by itself trigger a refund of the most recent charge. You retain access to paid features through the end of the billing period you have paid for.

Outside the 30-day window we may, at our discretion, grant a refund or pro-rated credit for extenuating circumstances (for example, an extended service outage or a billing error).
